Wenty Leagues Club President, Ian McCann, has announced the appointment of Glenn Kovacs as Chief Executive Officer as the club prepares to undergo its 5-year Master Plan redevelopment.

“I am delighted to announce that Glenn Kovacs has accepted the permanent role of CEO as we enter the next phase of development which will see the Club experience immense growth. Glenn will move into this position having been the Interim CEO role for the 7 months prior to this appointment,” said Ian McCann.

“Glenn has displayed a great passion for the club with over 20 years of service. I trust that with Glenn’s strategic thinking and practical, operational experience, Wenty Leagues will go from strength-to-strength for many years to come.”

Previously to this appointment, Glenn held a number of roles at the Club including Manager of the previously-owned Parramatta Clubs, Gaming and Operations Manager and most recently Chief Operating Officer.

“The Board is to be commended for the significant and necessary changes that have been made to the club in recent years, and for realising the club’s potential by making the Master Plan vision a reality. I am looking forward to the challenges this next phase of development will bring and am excited to be dedicating myself to delivering a new home away from home for Members and guests,” said Glenn Kovacs.
