Golf Club 50th Anniversary
The Wentworthville Leagues Social Golf Club will be celebrating its 50th anniversary on Sunday, 13 June which is the long weekend in June. Golf will be played at Glenmore with the main event being the reunion back at the Leagues Club on this day. For more details please contact Alan Thompson (9674 3457 or 0451 189 195) so we can book for players wanting to play golf and for catering purposes on this day.

As this is our 50th Anniversary it would be great if we could have as many of our old players at the reunion on this day where I’m sure there will be many stories told of the great shots and not so great shots played over the years. We recently played a challenge against Central Coast leagues golf club which resulted in Gosford beating us on this day by 3 points but it is hard to win against their inflated handicaps.


Our over 50’s championship has also been played with the winner being Tosca Lipovic.
