Our team of chefs is formally trained, highly qualified and put simply, they love what they do!
At the helm of the kitchen is produce-centric Executive Chef Colin Yabsley who is passionate about sourcing the freshest, seasonal local ingredients to deliver high-quality, full-flavoured and awe-inspiring food.
Colin and his team are famous for pushing the boundaries with culinary prowess that would impress even the fussiest of diners.
Collectively, the team has gained extensive experience in world-class hotels including the Marriott, Sheraton and the Shangri-La as well as in other prominent venues including The Star, Rockpool and Bill’s. They have also worked alongside some of Australia’s most renowned restaurateurs and chefs including Matt Moran, Justin North, Peter Doyle, Neil Perry and Kylie Kwong.
